Loading and Power-Supply Notes
The V0.1 specification describes R612 as a dedicated receiver for LSS9929/9919-chip modules and also lists conventional receiving-card use with a 128 × 1024 limit. Its parameter table recommends 256 × 256 and gives the indoor/outdoor width limits shown above. Match the module driver and configuration before using a loading figure.
The same document gives different voltage ranges in its parameter list, interface description and rated-voltage table. These values are preserved separately above; confirm the applicable supply specification for the actual card before connection.
Indicators and Screen Testing
A flashing D1 indicates normal card operation. Rapid D2 flashing indicates that a Gigabit connection has been recognized and data is being received. The test button checks display brightness uniformity and module flatness, while external run and data indicators provide status information.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many module ports does the HD-R612 have?
It has 12 HUB75E interfaces and two interchangeable Gigabit Ethernet ports.
What loading range should I use?
The parameter table recommends 256 × 256 pixels, with outdoor width up to 256 and indoor width up to 128. The overview separately lists 128 × 1024 for conventional receiving-card use. Match the value to the module driver and configuration.
Does R612 support 1/64 scan?
Yes. It supports scanning from static to 1/64 and is listed for common IC modules and most PWM IC modules.
What do the D1 and D2 indicators mean?
D1 flashing indicates normal operation. Fast D2 flashing indicates that Gigabit communication is recognized and data is being received.
What voltage does the R612 require?
The document lists 4–6 V in the parameter table, 4.5–5.5 V DC in the interface description, and rated values of 4.2 V minimum, 5.0 V typical and 5.5 V maximum. Confirm the applicable specification for the card before connecting power.
